Buying products from this website

All under 18's should share these terms and conditions with a parent or guardian before completing the registration process. To place an order you must register with the site and confirm that the information you provide us is accurate and up to date.

Respecting your privacy

Sportreach will only use the information you supply to process your order, keep you informed about your delivery and send you updates or special offers. We will never share your email address with third parties.

Shipping Policy

The delivery service used to fulfil your order will depend on its size, contents and on your delivery address.

While delivery times may vary, we guarantee that goods ordered for UK clubs will be delivered within 3 weeks of approval of logo artwork.

Sales Tax

Prices for adult clothing include all embroidery, delivery and VAT at the standard UK rate of 17.5%. Children's clothing is exempt from VAT.

Returns Policy - Non Faulty Returns

Items that have been embroidered cannot be exchanged or refunded unless the product or material is faulty.

You can return any other item at your own expense within 14 days of receipt. As long as it is returned unused, in its original packaging, in a re-saleable condition and with a completed returns form within the specified time scale, we will be happy to refund you in full. Please email enquiries@sportreach.co.uk for a returns form and allow up to 14 working days for refunds to be processed.Returns should be sent to:

In the unlikely event that the goods you receive are not what you ordered, the cost of returning your order will be credited back you.

Faulty Returns

If the goods you receive are faulty, we will refund the cost of returning them in full. Before returning a faulty item please email enquiries@sportreach.co.uk or call us on 01666 840 622 to discuss.Returns should be sent to:

Stock and Availability

While we make every effort to ensure good availability on all the products on our website, the high demand for Nike kit may mean that some items are temporarily out of stock.

If an item is out of stock, we will give you an estimated delivery date and keep you informed by email.

Personalisation and Embroidery

The reproduction of your and your sponsor's logo colours is as accurate as photographic and computing processes will allow. Your order will not be processed until we receive your full agreement and approval of artwork.

General

Sportreach reserve the right to alter prices or conditions of sale without notice or prior warning. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will not be processed until the following Monday and those placed after 12 noon may not be processed until the next working day.

We make every effort to ensure that the photography on our website accurately reflects the colours of the Nike kit you order and cannot be held responsible for colour appearing different on different computer screens.
